Roddy, who has vast experience in hospitality management in Zimbabwe and Mozambique, was born, raised and educated in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Roddy started his hospitality career at Meikles Hotel in Harare at the age of 17 and furthered his training through The Cape Grace Hotel in Cape Town. From there he has had further exposure within South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Tanzania until recently deciding to move back to his home country.
Roddy specialises in both larger and boutique hotels – all focused on the luxury traveller – and his hands-on management approach has enjoyed a successful track record of developing top quality products and services.
Born, raised and educated in Harare, Zimbabwe, Camilla undertook her tertiary education in Perth Australia through the Australian school of hospitality and Tourism. Upon completion of her apprenticeship, Camilla furthered her experience throughout the UK and Europe.
After two years of traveling and working, Camilla returned to Africa where she continued her culinary aspirations in and around Victoria Falls. This mother of two’s taste for adventure has also taken her further into Mozambique and she has just recently returned from Tanzania.
Camilla thoroughly enjoys the excitement and passion of the kitchen and will be heading up the Victoria Falls River Lodge food and beverage team with Head Chef Lloyd.
